Summerfest Foundation, Inc.

In June 2011, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. formed the Summerfest Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) charitable corporation to support its initiatives, which include charitable and educational purposes, and providing a showcase for the performing arts.
